Return & Refund Policy

1. Service Activation
Once the internet service is activated, it shall be considered as delivered and accepted by the customer.


2. No Return Policy
As this is a digital/telecommunication service, no return of the service is possible after activation.


3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds, if any, will be applicable only in the following cases:

Service not activated due to technical reasons from the service provider’s side.

Duplicate or excess payment made by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Customer dissatisfaction after service activation.

Change of plan or relocation requested by the customer.

Temporary service disruption due to maintenance, force majeure, or factors beyond the provider’s control.


5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited through the original mode of payment.


6. Equipment & Installation Charges
Installation charges, activation fees, and equipment costs (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Policy Changes
The service provider reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
